As a university student living in Sudbury, Ontario I drive back to Orangville specifically for the service here because I explicitly trust all of the employees at Orangeville Auto Care. My friends make comments that I am crazy to drive back for just an oil change or a simple repair, but good and trustworthy mechanics are hard to find and I have found it with Orangeville Auto Care.

Customer reviews are important to any business, not just for customers (or potential customers) to educate themselves or others, but for businesses to fully understand how exactly they performing. After every service we perform, we ask that every customer leave a review. While we encourage them to post these reviews online, we do also provide comment cards which we ask them to fill out, rating the quality of their service, as well as their overall visit experience. If a customer does happen to have a negative incident at Orangeville Auto Care, we want to know about it. As soon as we learn about it, we do everything we can to resolve the problem quickly and to the customer’s full level of satisfaction. Once the problem has been addressed, we respond to the complaint and offer the customer a complete resolution.
While negative reviews often require an immediate call to action, positive reviews can often have the same expectation. It is easy to bask in the afterglow of several great reviews, though it is important not to let that praise go unnoticed. When we are fortunate enough to receive a review, we take from it what we are doing right. We then use this information to build upon these strengths, making sure to respond to the customer and thank them for their review. We compare customer reviews to examine potential trends. Was a particular employee working on a day we received several positive reviews? Did weather negatively affect our ability to perform at expected levels? Are customers reporting similar occurrences? Whatever the case may be, we take to heart every single review we are given.
